General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ph747 ("ph747," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "User," or "Player") who accesses, registers for, or uses the ph747 online gaming platform, accessible at ph747.one and any associated domains, subdomains, or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Management

Deposits & Withdrawals

Suspension & Termination

ph747 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;

• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Continued operation of your account would expose ph747 to regulatory, legal, or financial risk;

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph747 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph747 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
